ILOSYA pendants are made individually to order. Production begins after we have reviewed and confirmed your personalisation file — typically within 1–2 working days of ordering. Production itself takes [X] working days. You will receive a dispatch notification by email when your order ships.

If we need to contact you about your file quality, this may add 1–2 working days to production. We always contact you promptly and will not begin production without your confirmation.

Orders above €99 — free. All pendant orders qualify. No minimum spend required beyond the pendant price.
Orders below €99 — €[X]. Applies to gift card orders and any future accessories.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside our control. During peak periods (December, Mother's Day, Father's Day) allow additional time.

Every ILOSYA order is dispatched discreetly. The outer packaging bears no reference to ILOSYA or to the contents of the parcel. Inside, your pendant arrives in a jewellery box with a polishing cloth, a filling kit, and printed care instructions.

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking information by email at the point of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at [email address] with your order number.
