Everyone has lost someone. A person they loved, or a companion who was part of every day. Grief finds its way into ordinary things — a voice on an old voicemail, a handwriting on a card, the particular shape of a paw on paper.

ILOSYA grew from years of working in jewellery and personalisation — learning what it takes to make something that carries more than material value. And from the understanding that the people who need what we make are often at one of the hardest points in their lives.

We make cremation pendants. Each one is personalised with a fingerprint, photograph, handwriting, or paw print, and engraved privately on the reverse. They are made to be worn — not kept in a drawer, not handled carefully, not saved for special occasions. Worn, every day, for as long as they are needed.

"Grief is love with nowhere to go. We make somewhere for it."

ILOSYA

The craft

Made carefully. Built to last.

Every ILOSYA pendant is crafted in surgical-grade 316L stainless steel — hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnish, water, and daily wear. The personalisation is applied with precision equipment, from a file reviewed and prepared by hand before production begins.

The necklace chain rings are permanently welded after the pendant is placed — so the risk of it separating during wear is as low as we can make it. The finished piece is reviewed before packing and dispatched discreetly. Inside: a polishing cloth, a filling kit, and care instructions.

We are a small team. We work carefully. We back what we make with a guarantee — details on our Materials & craft page.

FOUR WAYS TO PERSONALISE

What you carry.

FINGERPRINT

The precise ridge lines of an existing impression — from an ink pad print taken at the time of passing, or from a previously made fingerprint piece. Submitted as a photograph or scan. No two are the same.

PHOTOGRAPH

A portrait of the person or animal you have lost, rendered at the scale of a pendant. For those who want to see them — not just remember them.

HANDWRITING

A note, a signature, the last thing they wrote. Submitted as a photograph or scan of the original. Rendered as closely as possible to the source.

PAW PRINT

An ink or clay impression of a paw pad — taken at home, by a vet, or by a cremation service. Because the love for a companion animal deserves the same care.

ILOSYA

A piece made for you. Worn for them.

Every pendant begins with something real — a fingerprint, a face, a few words in their hand. It ends as something you wear for the rest of your life.
