Every ILOSYA pendant is crafted from high-quality 316L surgical stainless steel. This material is hypoallergenic, resistant to daily wear, and chosen for its durability, color retention, and timeless appeal.
What makes an ILOSYA pendant special is not just the material, but the care with which every personalization is prepared.
Every photo, fingerprint, paw print, and handwritten note is manually reviewed by an engraving specialist. We assess the quality of the submitted file, optimize contrast where necessary, and carefully prepare it for production. If a file proves unsuitable for a beautiful final result, we contact you before proceeding.
Each engraving is then created using our own professional engraving equipment at our workshop in the Netherlands. By managing our own machinery, inventory, and production process, we can oversee and control every step of the way.
After engraving, every pendant undergoes a final manual check for quality, positioning, and finish. Only when the result meets our quality standards is the piece of jewelry carefully packaged for shipment.
The end rings of the chain clasp are permanently closed once the pendant is attached—a small detail that prevents the pendant from accidentally coming loose during daily wear.
Every order comes with a polishing cloth, a filling kit, and clear instructions, ensuring your memorial jewelry can be worn with care for years to come.

FINGERPRINT
The precise ridge lines of an existing impression — from an ink or graphite impression taken at the time of passing, or from a previously made fingerprint piece. Submitted as a photograph or scan. No two impressions are the same.
PHOTOGRAPH
A portrait of the person or animal you have lost, rendered at the scale of a pendant. For those who want to see them — not just remember them.
HANDWRITING
A note, a signature, the last thing they wrote. Submitted as a photograph or scan of the original. Rendered as closely as possible to the source.
PAW PRINT
An ink or clay impression of a paw pad — taken at home, by a vet, or by a cremation service. Because the love for a companion animal deserves the same care.
