RESPONSE TIME

We respond to every message within one working day, Monday to Friday. For urgent questions about an order in production, mention this and we will prioritise.

YOUR PERSONALISATION

Not sure if your image will work? Send it to us before ordering. We assess every fingerprint, photograph, handwriting sample, and paw print individually and advise before production begins.

ORDERS & WARRANTY

Every order is handled personally. For warranty claims — 12 months on materials, 90 days on engraving — contact us with your order number and a photo. We always contact you before any production decision is made.
