Common questions
I didn't take a paw print in time.
Contact us before ordering. A clear close-up photograph of the paw pad, or even a photograph taken from an existing photo, can sometimes be used. We assess individually and will always advise before you commit to an order.
My vet took a clay impression — how do I photograph it?
Place the clay impression on a flat surface in natural light. Photograph directly from above, filling the frame. Avoid shadows across the surface. A good clay impression photographs very clearly.
The ink impression I have is a bit smeared.
Submit it. We assess every print individually. A partially smeared impression can still produce a meaningful result, and we will always contact you before production if there is a concern.
